Preparation
Easy to prepare, simply add two or three dried flowers to hot (not boiling) water, let stand for a few minutes and stir. Best results are found using a glass or ceramic vessel. Add lemon juice or other acidic liquid to the tea to change the pH and color from blue to lavender / purple.
